ELECTRIC CABINET HUMIDIFIER – EC SERIES

The “EC” Series Electric Cabinet-style Humidifier can be used with standard ventilation air systems, or direct-room humidification with the optional blower pack. It is designed to be compact for easy wall mount installation and maintenance.

Available Models

The “EC” model works with standard water and uses a Tri-Probe assembly to maintain the water level. The “ECDDR” model is for use with Deionized, Demineralized or Reverse Osmosis water. It utilizes a stainless steel float-operated fill valve to maintain the water level and a stainless steel float-operated low water cut-off switch.

Aesthetically pleasing steel cabinet with baked enamel finish make this unit the perfect choice for any finished area. Key locked doors and LED status lights provide a secure yet attractive installation.

Mounting

The “EC” series is designed for easy and compact installation. Humidifier comes standard with wall mounting brackets.

Ease of Maintenance

Humidifier reservoir is mounted on slide rails to allow for inspection and maintenance without disturbing the cover or injection tube system’s steam supply piping

Capacities

Capacity range up to 102 lbs/hr with single units. Multiple humidifiers in a Master/Drone configuration allow for an unlimited system design.

Control

Available with basic On/Off control (+/- 5%), Time Cycle Modulation for close tolerance applications (+/- 3-4% RH), or SCR modulation for superior controllability (+/- 1-2% RH).

Dispersion Methods

Choose from straight injection tubes, Fast-Pac multiple injection tube assembly, or the Insty-Pac for short dissipation applications. Blower Packs for area dispersion are available for direct or remote mounting.
